Dental Treatment and COVID-19

Following the announcement by the government on 28th May, we are incredibly pleased and excited to announce that we will be re-opening our practice soon!

At Dentalcare Group patient safety and comfort is of paramount importance, and we have spent the time during closure upgrading the clinic and introducing the following measures to keep our patients and staff SAFER than ever.

The clinic as you are aware has always been a very clean and safe environment. However, we have placed hand sanitisers at entry points, upgraded our PPE and redesigned the patient journey in line with social distancing.

We will be conducting pre-screening tests of patients which is likely to include taking your temperature on arrival.

We have had to cancel numerous appointments since the lockdown began 3 months ago and will initially be prioritising appointments for our existing patients who have had dental emergencies or appointments cancelled, in order of urgency. Please do not attend the clinic unless you have an appointment.

As a member you don’t have to wait for an appointment availability, we have reserved spaces, so that we can see you within few days.

Our Pure Plan Plus is just £14.65 per month and Premium Plans
are only £26.55 per month

FAQ’s

Is My Personal Information Safe when I Join the Dentalcare Plan?
You can be sure both the practice team and the administrators of our plan, Privilege Plan Ltd, take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party organisations and you will not receive unsolicited marketing literature for any associated financial products or services. Please ask for our Privacy Policy at the Practice.
What do you need to know about terms and Conditions?
• There is a once only £10 administration joining fee which will be taken at your first monthly collection
• Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month by our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement
• Your benefits will commence following your first monthly payment and your next routine appointment will be included as one of your plan entitlements
• You will not be asked to sign a contract and you may leave the plan at any time by contacting your bank or building society or directly with Privilege Plan Ltd on 01536 771219.
• If your Direct Debit payments fail three times consecutively we may cancel your membership
• Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan
• Entitlements not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded
• Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year
• In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan you may be required to pay for your last appointment and we reserve the right to recover any discounts applied to treatment completed in the previous six-month period.
• We ask that you provide 3 months of notice to leave the plan
